One of our most popular styles of bread, these dense, wholegrain loaves are inspired by Northern European traditions but are remarkably easy to master in the home kitchen. They also are highly adaptable. We’ll explore different grains and how to use them and test both sourdough and yeasted versions so you can tailor the bread to your tastes and time. Comfortable attire and non-slip shoes highly recommended.
